Qualifications needed for our caregivers
More than anything, we are looking for caregivers who want to serve from the heart. Our caregivers offer more than just home care services—they offer empathy, understanding, a warm smile, and a shoulder to lean on.
While past caregiving experience is appreciated, it is not required. We are happy to provide you with all the training and education you need to be an empathetic caregiver.
In order to become a caregiver, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Live in Indiana

Be an Indiana resident

Graduated from high school or have a GED
-
Pass a background check
-
Have reliable transportation
-
Be an independent worker
-
Pass a TB test
-
Be able to push and lift up to 40lbs
